MP3 Blogs

Ok so there's a fair few MP3 blogs around these days in which people pretty much post up their favourite MP3s for people to download. What beats me is how this is legal, or why they have no action taken against them? I want to make one myself but just want to make sure it's acceptable practice.

Any help is much appreciated.

If they are posting copyrighted material without authorization of the copyright owner, it is not legal.

I was driving down the highway the other day and the sign said "Speed Limit 55 MPH". I was driving AT 55 MPH, and most of the rest of the traffic was passing me like I was standing still.

Other people's behavior, or whether there have been consequences for it, is not an indicator of what is legal.
