As for the others, I've never heard anyone say they'd hire on a movie. Sounds like very bad english. And movies are "for rent", not "on rent". They might be "on sale", but also, "on rent" sound like bad english too.

Also, you should know that linking to parked pages on Sedo will get your account suspended and any revenue withheld.
