While I realize that most automated valuation services are off, this is the only domain that I've ever gotten good numbers out of all of them. Two of those services had never returned a value more than 0 on any domain I put into them before.

There is a market for moto boots (see motoboots.com or search for moto boots and see the results). I was thinking of an end user who would want to build a store site or an affiliate site.

The operative word in those searches is "Boots".
And I suspect the Auto Valuations are reading the search as the plural.
The singular doesn't really work imo.
People don't buy a boot.
Also, there is already an existing site using the plural

Don't just register name because its available. Ask yourself why its still available?

Don't just register name thinking of only one end-user.

Don't register name based on Estibot & Godaddy appraisal.

Always use your brain & look Namebio.com for related sales history.

motorcycle boots....sometimes referred to as moto boots...around 100 mil search results in Google. Could be good if you sold to a company who specializes in these boots but limited market. maybe x,xxx to a boot retailer...
I would disagree with no value....if your going for anything other than a boot retailer I would said much harder to justify value.
