Most valuable keywords

Hello,
Please put in roder some keywords you think are the most valuable before a cctld. Those that would sell.
My list is:
1. sex
2 xxx
3 casino
4 poker
5 travel
5 blog
6 music
7 game
8 blog
9 realestate
10 internet

Some of these words are restricted at many cctld's and thus cannot be registered. The list of words is not limited to these words, actually I am sure there are other words that sell better than these.
What is your top?

The singular is nowhere near as popular (about 1/10th of the popularity going by the stats I have), when you say you like it better do you think it is more valuable?

Even popular to the net the word "blog" is not so profitable business as the rest of the words you mention

Also you duplicate the word "blog" in 5th and 8th position
