Hi,

Im thinking of registering another domain to add to my collection.

The .NET and .COM and .INFO and .DE are taken but im left with these:

.Org
.Us
.Biz
.Ws
.In
.Sc
.Tv
.Nu
.Cc

Any ones out of them are worth the most?

Thanks, Sam

Yeah, or there is .Co.uk

.us is currently raising in value and could be a good choice.

Overall, I would say .ORG (but it's not the best fit for some types of domains)

Much of the decision depends on the exact name and target audience.

.US would be my first choice if America was the target.

.IN would be my first choice if India was the target.

.TV is good for multimedia, and is steadily carving out a niche.

.BIZ is considered by many to be best suited for B2B.

etc. etc.

The bottom line - once you take .COM/.NET out of the picture, there is not a clear winner for every situation. Focus on the word/term itself, and it's possible uses and target audience.

Nice reasoning. I agree here. Especially evaluating the forecasted use and target audience.

You're based in the UK, right? So go .co.uk. Unless your audience is US based, go .us.

well, as you live in England then you should think about .co.uk or .eu

.org, unless it's a site to sell things, then .co.uk or .us.

I think .org is clearly 3rd best after .com and .net for a global audience. If your site will specifically target a UK audience then .co.uk would be the best.

.org would be the next best choice after .com and .net. Since you are from the U.K you can also think about .co.uk.

According to my tests on Estibot: (It was a dictionary word!)

LLLL.com > $25,000
LLLL.net nearly $14,000
LLLL.org nearly $8,000
LLLL.us ~ $6,000

So, you could go for com>net>org>us>big/info/othergTLDs

BTW, Now-a-days .co , .ai and .io are getting popular. You can consider those also.
