.tv has some momentum if you can get relevant keywords. I've seen some pretty darn decent sales for a young ccTLD like that. I sold a city name (not a large city but a medium sized tourist beach) for low $xxx (and that's my only .tv sale right now).
As per google, .ca for Canada has the most indexed pages right after .net, far exceeeds .uS, .de, co.uk., .eu. and .in. Recently savings.ca sold over $30K via Pool
