I want to find the most cost effective way to drive traffic to the site.
What is the best way, I don't mind spending money as long as I see a return.

Of course, I will use all free resources available as well.

Since you have a brand new domain with zero to few pages indexed in Yahoo and Google your best bet to get traffic started if you have the cash is to start a PPC campaign. If you go the ppc route take the time to do good extensive keyword research for maximum results.

You could also purchase paid links (recommend using nofollow to avoid possibly penalization) which might help.

A "free" idea is the use of social media sites like Digg.com, del.icio.us, etc. Create some good unique authoritative content aka "link bait" and submit it to the sites above. If the content is good and unique then backlinks will develop naturally.

You also need to add unique content to this site in order to develop long term search engine traffic. In it's present state, Google will view your site as a "thin affiliate site"

Offer the product to a blogger for free in return for a review. If you target the blog properly you should end up with quite a few hits (if it really is a good product).

Also, give one away in a contest. Then list it with all of the major contest sites and you'll get traffic.

the right ezines that would have subscribers interested in
your website and offer.

You can easily place an ad for around $100 and get a thousands

Just make sure that whatever form of paid ads you place weather
it be PPC or solo ads that you track your links and know which
ones are converting for you so you don't rerun ads that are a loss.
