domain mortgages.hk & renting.hk

Hi,

I have recently sold .hk for a good value, and casino.hk sold for quite a bit too and wondered what you guys thought of

mortgages.hk
renting.hk

both property related and obviously property and huge economic area in Hong Kong.

I havent developed them yet, but do you guys think I should or is that a stupid question?

On the question of develope them or not; developed domains obviously always go for more then the name alone, but that depends on how much time and effot you have to put into it.
