I own businessmortgages.com so will be doing a joint site development on them

can get good affiliate fees for the names so should be (hopefully) a nice, small profitable venture!

It's a long name and people don't usually prefer to buy such names.
It might be good for development but when going to sell, there are low chances it would sell.
If you could develop and monetize it, that is better.
As for selling this one, I don't think it's a good idea.

thanks Arpit - selling it would be a tough one I agree! I will be developing alongside or after business mortgages with affiliates/advertising , been speaking to mortgage brokers in the UK who are keen to promote their services as it is a competitive industry and have had positive feedback - dependent on website layout, content, visitors etc - have a few finance names which will be developed over time as well
