I know I know it is not .com! - all prior sales with massage as the last name have been generally .com

but the .com leads to an escort service landing page and the term Nude Massage receives over 33,000 searches per month.

Thinking about just doing a quick outbound and selling them for low xxx using the landing page / search volume as an angle or possibly just set up a couple of affiliate landing pages myself with a list of escort, massage services

opinions would be nice....!

Massage is a popular niche and this one is an adult name.
Do outbound and see if you get a response. If you really want to sell at those prices, I think it is good to approach the leads with a $299 or $399 price tag.

This is such a strange comment to make - I spend a little time browsing the appraisal section of this forum every day and @Arpit131 appears to be the most consistent member of the NP community when it comes to appraising names, particularly for beginners - I personally gain a lot of value from reading his comments and considering the number of likes he's received, along with the number of posts he has made, it appears that many others feel the same.

Judging by his knowledge when answering appraisal requests, I have no doubt he's sold the number of domains he has claimed and it would be great if people focused on adding value to these discussions/requests as opposed to 'calling out' other established members in an attempt to score cheap points.
