domain mortagage.info one word name.Appraisal please

yesterday I found mortage which is a typo of mortgage sold for $244000, so I think it is the time to sell mortagage.info now.
How do you think about the mortgage related names?
how do you think about the value of this name?

As this is a typo, its value completely hinges on traffic and advertising revenue. As this a .info I'm guessing this is minimal? Because of the mispelling(!), the site is only worth money if people are typing it wrong in their address bar. This only tends to happen with .com domains. If you post ad revenue, you should be able to get at least 6-8 mths worth revenue for selling the domain. Hope this helps
