.info mortagage.info I am going to sell it. Could you give some advice

yesterday I found mortage which is a typo of mortgage sold for $244000, so I think it is the time to sell mortagage.info now.
How do you think about the mortgage related names?
If you hesitate to give appraisal in this discussion board, please give evaluation in appraisal board.
This thread is specially for the mortagage typos and related names.
I am super curious for the 244k sale of a typo.
I'd like to know all your people's thinking about that.

I think it was a .com with around 500 people a day typing it in and should make $100+ a day parked and much more on an affiliate program. Evaluate your name compared to it and you've obtained your value. If the owner or someone else develops mortgage.info and goes on a national advertising campaign things may change in your favor.

mortagage.info is worth nothing in my opinion. Only if and when mortgage.info becomes a huge traffic site might it be worth more than reg fee.

I don't know how to judge this kind of typo market.Maybe you are right.
But I am really amazed the mortage.com could got 244K.
mortagage is a semi-formal word for mortgage. some dictionary have listed it as a word. I also often saw this word existing in the financial articales.
From this point, it should be better than a typo.
but who knows?

You are mis-understanding what a typo is. A typo is something that people would actually type into the address bar by mistake. Having the extention .com makes all the difference when getting a typo name. The domain you have is not a typo. It has no value.

Thanks, I regged this name just because in my dictionary, it is a word.
Until today, I didn't find only my dictionary acknowledged this word.
Before I regged it, I　checked by google, there were around 670000 pages for'mortagage'.

before yesterday, I did think mortage as a garbage worth on reg fee to highxx.
