http://www.montomedia.com/ - nice site but it has too much gray that doesn't make it look so good.

http://www.montoville.com - also looks good but the layout's borders ( shadows ) are too big, IMHO

First one, i dont like the background.

And the second one i hate that fade effect, make it a bit more suttle, and the design a little cleaner.

But they are good!
