im interested in selling a site
it gets around $5 to 7 a day through google adsense
And unqie visits about 1.7 K per day

it has about 150 regsitered members
the forum was started just 4 days back
the site gets page impressions of about 10k per day

i had specified everything in URL
the traffic is from various sites
now it is resulted in display of google

for example

out of 200k results displayed
it is displayed as 5th!!!

it is displayed as 23rd


By the way a beautiful home page instead of existing one will be provided for the buyer

btw the site is now listed in alexa ranking

Sorry ... But I find this a bit too far out there.

You're selling based on 1 month of income stats - You admittedly have owned it a week and The domain is only several weeks old.


I'm thinking it's about time we place a limit on How long a period of consistent stats are required in this section as well - When selling based on Revenue /Traffic a week is a joke IMO
