Moniker problem!!! Please help!!!

Hello guys,

i have just tried to reg some domains in moniker and the registration failed.

i have already paid for the domains and they gave me a refund.
how do i take my money back to my paypal account?!?!?!??!

Some other domains i asked for , registration was successful but i can not see the domains in "My Domains" section.

PLEASE HELP !!!!

is this happened right after the registration? I had this situation once cause of a whois record problem, moniker showed available I purchased, but in 5 minutes it showed registration failed, and I checked they didn't take any money from my credit card. So nothing to worry 'bout.

if payment made via paypal, your money won't be returned to your paypal account. It's written there clearly from what I remember.

This happened right after registration.
They took the money from my paypal account.
They refund me the money not to my paypal account but at my moniker account and i can see the amount at the right in the toolbar bisides the "avaliable funds".
Can i retrieve my money to my account in paypal?
Can i at least retrive my money to a credit card?
I have now one more problem.
I can not access my moniker account !!!!!
I use my username and password it says at the next screen Welcome and validating your account and then says that login failed!!!
I created the account just before i make the domain registration.

What about the domains i paid for?

I had the same problem once, for security reasons and also until a Moniker rep. was assigned to you account, your login attempts will fail. You can contact help, it seems to take 48 hours to validate your account.

After validation, your balance will be available to register names, you probably can't take it to your credit card.

But I don't know anything about taking back to paypal.

As in said earlier, you'll be refunded but not into your paypal account, your money will be used as 'pre-paid funds' in your moniker account.
