Hi,

I have a question. I was wondering if you guys are submitting the names in the Moniker Excel sheet to your representative or submitting it online(where it takes you to snapnames.com)?/

Thx.

The online submissions are for snapname auctions. The excel sheet submissions are for Moniker event auctions i.e. Internext Expo, T.R.A.F.F.I.C. Etc.

Hi Len,

Thanks for your reply. Could you tell me what you meant when you said snapname auctions?

Thx.

It used to be that the only auctions on Snapnames were of domains that had been caught by them on the drop. They recently introduced a daily online auction whereby you can submit your domains and those that are accepted will be placed into one of these. This basically outlines the difference between Snapname and Moniker auctions: https://www.snapnames.com/sellerProgramOverview.jsp

There are a couple of things you need to know, to put a domain in a daily auction it has to be at the Moniker registrar, if not already with them you have to transfer it to before hand. Their commission is 20% of the final selling price which is double that of Sedo, however if accepted your domain is guaranteed to go on auction.
