Just looking for some input. It's parked at sedo right now, gets 100 uniques a month and made $1 last month (yeah, I'm in the money).

I'm on the second page for "thermal energy" search in google with only being parked!
If I were to develop it as an educational website with a message board and put up some ads, anyone have an idea what the income potential might be ?
I figure once a website is up, I could make my way up to first page on google search for thermal energy!
