Monetizing CLASSIFIEDS websites

I have just finalised a nice Classifieds website (Petites annonces gratuites | Bonnes affaires en Suisse Romande | Annonces - Catégories d'annonce - means "FreeAds" in French) and would welcome any advice relating to monetizing such sites. I have added a few adsense ads. Traffic is around 200 to 250 per day, site has only been LIVE 1 week.
Would love to hear any ideas.

I think your best bet is to copy the "big boys" - CraigsList in the US, Gumtree.com in the UK - and see how they do it?

Only been LIVE about 10 days but getting 200 visitors/day. Around 250 ads to date. Just need to find ways to monetize it now.

Congrats Federer, For monetizing site, Just make space for rotating ads banner on header and footer.

Site is clean and nice but i think so your logo is still missing there.
Btw adsense is so far good for monetizing such websites and i don't personal experience with this niche so try asking someone who monetize their website having the relevant niche.

You have a great name DN get a lot of searches. How much did you pay for this DN if you dont mind me asking?

I did alot of research to find the right domain. It cost me reg fee as it was still available. The site is making between $2 and $4 daily with adsense but this will inevitably go up when traffic starts to get serious. I'll have a PAID FEATURED AD system in place within the next 2 weeks where users can add the FEATURED option (around $10 to $15 per ad) to their ads, making them appear in that FEATURED box on the left (rotating). Even if I just get 1 or 2 of these paid ads daily, the site should make a nice little income along with the adsense.

Looks nice overall.

The left scroll seems a bit slow for me, dunno if its because I'm using Chrome on a college network.

Overall a nice and user-friendly design, although its a bit wide, should be 1000px width max (in my opinion).
