I just found and registered this domain ModernDowntown.com and i am going to present it to my husband for his design project he is working on in downtown Phoenix. But before doing this, i was wondering if this domain worth something as is, and if you see any potential in developing it.

Nice Urban Renewal theme, what does every citys want? A nice modern looking downtown. Could be a website on how to redevelop a downtown, politics, construction, zoning.

Its also used alot on the internet as a description. "Modern Downtown -------" insert Apartment, Building, Loft, ect.

The two words are in the right order. (not DowntownModern.com..lol)

I like it, probably very low xxx as it is, Worthy of developing in my opinion.
