Mobile Phone Review Website !!! wanted/template

Right i want a mobile phone review site

I have my own hosting and a domain, i just need a nice template that would suit it and make it easy for me to update via something like frontpage.

Need it to look proffesional yet not to boring.

I would like it so on homepage it would have a drop down menu to select a mobile.

I would also like some links on the left and some space for ads on the right.

And also lower down some featured reviews.

I'm looking for this for cheap, as i could do it via templates myself but it would take time which i havent got.
