Wanted [ Template Desginer ]

Hey i plan on purchasing the Clip-Share script sometime soon for a new Project i plan on launching. Its based upon youtube.

So im in need of a designer to help make my project reality...heres some ideas ive collected for my template.

Colours - Light blues, greys and white
Clean Template not cluttered
Space for adverts
I would like it to be of a gaming theme [So renders or vector images in a banner would be nice]

Also i would need a logo designed for this template either the same designer or a different one i dont mind.


Budget -
$20 for logo
$70-120 for design and coding

This will be a website based on viewing and uploading new frag movies from a range of fps online games. So i will be in need of a template to cover this idea...can anyone be of assistance? im willing to pay... or am i in the wrong place.
