Mobile Email Marketing Question

Hey,

I am trying to make a mobile landing page in which the customer will have to type in their email then click submit to enter my site. When the customer clicks submit, I want an email to be sent (from my godaddy email acct) to the email they typed into the box, as well as an attachment included in the email. I have NO CLUE where to even begin. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.

to start it would help saying that language you use in your site, like php or asp/.Net
secondly the page you submit it needs to send the e-mail after the "login", that's some lines of code, nothing much.
