Premium Spanish Domain : Celulares.mobi

I got this in the initial auctions.
It is the direct translation of "CellPhones.mobi" which is a Premium Reserved name by the dotMobi registry.

The word celulares appears on 58,400,000 pages on Google http://www.google.com/search?q=celulares

The word celulares is used all wide Latinamerica, from Mexico to Argentina, including Brazil and the Caribean !!
In Spain they use the word "moviles" to refer to cellular phones, though they also recognize the term "celulares".

Your "Yahoo" names are available because registering them would be a HUGE trademark violation. I suggest getting a refund on those names if you can

why would yahoo not have registered yahoonews.mobi, yahoosports.mobi, yahooshopping.mobi, yahoomessenger.mobi? Didn't .mobi allow companies like yahoo, an open period to register their domains?

Also if this is trademark infringement wouldnt iphone3G.mobi be a trademark violation?
