Bch is widly used on signs and such around the state.

Beach vs Bch

Short is nice

Correct word is nice

But Beach version is taken for most of them.
So you do the best you can and maybe get typos or people who think Bch.

Well, a good way to test if this is accepted is to do a google search.

search malibu bch gives Did you mean: malibu beach? But a search for malibu hms doesn't prompt a Did you mean: malibu homes. Google doesn't know everything but they live and die from PPC search results and this is a high ticket category for them.

I'd say it only would show it was an accepted typo, not necessarily a form of euphemism.

Considering the PPC money they receive for real estate, Google wouldn't let an existing abbreviation, typo or euphemism get past them.
