I am actually working on installing a few new features. I already have error reporting zero, but not when installing new code because I like to make sure everything works 100%. For the next week I am installing a lot of new code as per my user's requests. Occasionally I miss an error here or there, but that is why I enable error reporting when insalling.

No, 100% from scratch. Took 8 months to code. Except I do include some third party software at no additional cost like phpmailer.

Your budget is too low. $30 to $250 is an insult.

Also, I am selling licenses of software I developed from scratch. I am selling 15 total licenses for $1000 each. The purchase of a license gets you limited customizations to the already existing software. This is software for those who want to run a stable, powerful, and financially benefitial browser based RPG... in other words, this is far better work than that other MMORPG software... and I have seen them all.

If you want something 100% unique then it will cost you signifiantly more. Quality costs.
