I would like to have someone work on my site and fix a couple of things:
1. During the upgrade of IE6 to IE7 three of my css tables are overlapping and not showing good. Basically, it looks great with firefox, IE6 and lower except for IE7,
2. I need to some optimization done to my sql statement inorder to reduce page download time. Lately, my site has been crashing mainly because of the code below I am using to pull data from featured member tables.


Below is a sample of the sql statement that needs optimization.
