Looking for a web developer / web designer with the following skills:
Graphic Design
HTML, CSS
PHP, Mysql, DB
Javascript or Ajax
Website maintenance (possible)

It's a medium size project, kind of a file server or download area with original design and some added options such as referral/affiliate system, newsletter, file search, billing.
Codingwise, as I see it, it will be 80% PHP/Mysql, 20% JS and HTML/CSS
Designwise - no templates, I want original design.
