Hi. I sold a dot in domain through sedo a few days ago. Now, i have a big problem. I changed isp's when i upgraded to broadband from dialup so my email has changed. I need to upgrade my Mitsu account with the new email address to unlock the domain etc. I have unfortunately forgotten my pwd as it's been ages since i accessed it so i can't get into my account. I cannot reset my pwd as it would be sent to the old email address which i don't have access to anymore. I have mailed both mitsu support and later mitsu sales when i received no joy from support. I have not even received acknowledgement of my emails sent. Do you guys have any ideas? I have to resolve this fairly quickly. Anybody else have complete silence from their support?
