Is there a minimal value for names listed in archive.org since its begin (1996)?

No. I believe there are domains dropping often from 1996 (and before) that don't get picked up. Age and history are good qualities but there must be others (length, backlinks, etc.) present for minimum value. IMO.

there are aged domains that are picked up randomly make sure you put in your contact info where interested buyers will see them and contact you.

mostly aged domains, are noticed because of the promotion (or lack of) poured into it, the backlinks resulting from this, the repeat traffic of it and content being archived at archive.org

The SEO folks do like these domain names, especially if they have not been parked for 10 years +.
I am not sure about a minimum wholesale value, but "back in the day" (ie 2 years ago) I was able to get 10 year old domains from Snap for $60 and then sell them at twice that pretty efficiently.

If the domains are tied to high search terms, developed (at one time)...there is value.

I take it the domain dropped then? In this case - the domains age is when it was re-registered and most people looking for older domain names wont really consider this one.
