Calling all Millionaires. We are putting together a list of everyone in this industry that has made a million dollars from domain names. The list is long but we need your help to complete the list.

Please submit names of fellow domainers that have made it big in the comments below. We will alter the post and put the millionaires that people suggest directly into the post.

As new people join the list we will try and do a blog post about them. Also as we get to it we will do a post about everyone already on the list.

No it's not, but there are a lot others which are not showing off their money in public and so their not on that list.

Anyways, is someone really interested in seeing such lists ? I ain't :p.

There are probably hundreds of people who have made a million $$$ or more buying and selling domains. You just don't hear about them and that's OK with them.

I think the list is a good idea. There is nothing wrong with listing all the people who are publicly known to be millionaires from domains. Its not like it is private confidential information. It would be a good resource to have all of them on one list instead of searching through hundreds of articles written about domains. It will make it easy to search a persons name and then see how they made their money. Of course there are going to be hundreds or thousands more that arent public about their wealth that we will never know about but thats ok.

Not sure if all these people have made milions from registering and selling or parking domains. Some of them have made their money from software. Is that ok?. I suppose if that is the criteria, Bill gates should be on the list, lol.

Can you define the critera?

Should a company that parks names be listed? Seems that is a search engine management job, not domain names. Do you want the list to be domainers who have made a million, or any corporation that is connected to domain names?. Seems that is a very big field.

I would like to see a list of only domain owners who have made a million from buying, selling or parking domains. Those folks are my hero's.

Thats who the people on the list are. A lot of them own top companies now but they also have nice domain collections or did at one point.

I think million dollars is too little , if such a list should be made it should be with domainers with net worth of at least 10 mil

"Top 100 in debt domainers" to make ourselves feel better? I know it would raise my self esteem bit more than this list does .

It's cool to see that others have made money domaining, but, I'm far from one of them, and could honestly care less who has made $1 Mil.

Maybe my name will be on that list one of these days. But then, I don't think I would want my name on that list.. lol

Who made what?

Making a million today is not the same as when the internet domain pioneers made the first millions ten or more years ago. Back then that was a big deal. Making the critera a million seems a fair play to me.

This thread might be a good or a stupid idea. But it may provide some entertainment or some laughter. Thats worth something too.

These people already did it and they still working HARD to make more..

Believe me .. you wish to be on this list one day.
