i do really really really hope you meant "used" :o
Yup I agree specially when both .net and .com are commercial sites, and all other extensions taken, I should keep it for an year dont you think?
Dude, if you don't know what you're talking about, then just keep shut.
I'm usually not harsh on anybody but you've pushed me too much. Almost every appraisal thread has an uneducated comment by you which is just plain ridiculous.
In another thread you admitted that you based your appraisals on the extensions you like. Seriously, is this meant to be some sort of joke? Yes, it is your opinion but at least read up a bit and be aware of the facts before giving your misguided estimates.
Appraisals are meant to be based on all factors involved. Any .com or a .net domain isn't automatically than a .org domain. There are other factors like brandability and the importance of keywords involved.
FoggyRains.com/.net isn't automatically better than something like Microseconds.org. Microseconds is actually a word, my misguided friend and FoggyRains (just an example, don't take me wrong, I have no bias against the owner of this name :p) is a mismatch of decent keywords.
