40 mil. results in search terms. short name, nice sound, that adds positive score.

That was the idea. IT is big in India and Delhi, with unlimited opportunities for Indians in the IT sector.

There are 3974597349573495734957 companies in Delhi in the It sector from bpo's to software / web development to banking etc.
Just need to decide how to develop / market this, or should i just look for an end user?

Try to look for an end-user.
I think developing this name will be tough, as It will require large development and marketing. So try to get an end-user to buy the domain, for certainly more than XXX.

You're right, an end user it will have to be, looking at the extent of development.
The scope seems huge from Job Site to Online Directory to IT News Portal etc.

I'll Probably develop a mini site with promotional material for a prospectiv euser to see and get motivated to buy.
