Oh. My bad. But Google translate said it means "Me and you" and there are more than a few businesses using the exact same name (metvous) as their business & domain.

Google translate I'm finding it shows close enough translations that it thinks it's probably that... I used to think it was more precise. I use it now just to have an Idea of what a foreign word means.
