Whatever can be worth my domains? nobody is agreed in a valuation form. To my me one of simple and fast has been happened, for approximate autovalorations. One is based on the last purchase of Marchex of 100 domains, with a total of a million visits to the month, by 10 million of dollars. Dividing, it is to 10 $ by each monthly visit. By this I have called it metodo 10. For example, my Bellisima.es domain, that has 200 monthly visits in parking of Sedo, would be worth 200x10 = 2,000 dollars. (real visits, no autovisits, no other systems). What is your opinion about my Metodo 10? whatever is worth your domains with this metod?

There are so many methods out there, it's hard to say which one is really best but I will say that a person looking for an income only domain, not as much interested in what the domain name is, might like your system - at least the concept of it.

Is it really accurate though?

I once heard that another good way to value a domain (kinda like your system) is to take what you make from the site each month in types ins, * 12 (for 1 year). That's your estimated annual earnings on that domain, then * 5 and that is the value. What you would have earned in 5 years on it. And that is what the total reseller vlaue of the domain is (undeveloped).

I however do not believe in that system or yours. In some cases a domain is far more valuable than the amount of type in traffic you get. You have the words of the domain, the ext .com, .net, .mobi etc. Sometimes there are other factors you just have to consider that neither of those systems factor in.

HOWEVER I like where you are going with your idea and it should be a consideration in the overall valuation of a domain - but not the entire deciding factor.
