Many underdog domainers and i'm one of them sell cheap for urgent needs of money. But they regret after a while.

Do what's best for you and your family. I've sold very cheap before for funds for personal stuff or to reinvest quickly.

lol So if you're a crystal ball and knew it would have sold for $10K and xxx,xxx down the line why didn't you acquire the name? To flip it same day? He's clearly happy with how that sum of money can help his situation. Calling his decision to sell at that price quote "stupid" was not cool.

It is what it is, I'm not in the market but will be soon I guess for some names.
