I think it has decent potential as a one word medical domain. Could be used to direct sales for orthotic shoes, insoles, pads, etc. Since it's a condition that consumers can treat very easily with highly accessible products, there is definitely commercial uses to the name.
I'm going to try and put something up in the next few weeks to set it up as a general info site, then add some more serious content later on. It gets type in traffic so might as well try and do something with it for now.
