I think they both have some chance as direct keywords. "RemoteControlAircraft.com" more so IMO.

I'd try some outbound to the large and relevant stores for both. Although I wouldn't expect much interest, or a high price. Personally I'd be happy with low 3 figures for the sneakers one, I'd probs try for a bit more for the aircraft one as it's much better to use as a full website (ie you wouldn't just sell metallic sneakers)
