I am really reluctant to sell this site because I have been working on it for over a year now. http://www.lookzilla.com is a network of sites that are being designed to create a lot of traffic. I don't really care about the other sites, it's just LookZilla that I care about. Anyway, I need the cash desperately to move to California, but if I don't get what I am looking for, I won't sell it. The price I am asking is based on POTENTIAL, NOT current earnings or traffic. I am looking to sell the the whole network, along with the IDEA as well.

LookZilla is a meta search engine that queries Google, Looksmart, Yahoo, Fast and Alta Vista. It is setup with Adsense as the sponsored results. Go ahead and try it out and you will see that it gives pretty damn good results. Along with that, you will also receive BidZilla, which is an auction site : http://www.bidzilla.lookzilla.com, SoftZilla, which is a software download site (not finished yet, but easy for anyone who knows php): http://www.softzilla.lookzilla.com, CheatZilla, which is a game cheats site (not finished yet), plus many other sites. I have other ideas that I started working on as well, but just don't have the time to finish them right now and I need the cash. I will give the buyer all my ideas for the network upon completion of the sale. Again, if offers are not near what I am looking for, I will just keep the site and sell my truck instead.

Looking for offers in the mid $XXXX.XX range.
