domain Menstruate.net and others - am I on the right track?

Bstring.com possible guy naming his guitar shop this. This rhymes with g string helps
EstateFlipping.com I like this maybe it will become in vogue again
GiveMassage.com I think getting one is where the money is at lol but a "How to" site could work
SecretarySearch.com I just think something can be done with this development wise.

They all have potential, but these are the types of domains that require elbow grease. You probably don't want 100 of these types of domains in your account while you wait for an end-user to come along.

Basically, these are register and develop type domains. If you want to go that route, you're on the right track. The other route is to go after valuable domains that end-users will knock your door down to develop. However, that path requires more up-front capital and certainly won't come from hand regs.
