I hand regged MedicalInformationManagement.com. I almost didnt because it is long and 3 words but Google search shows 32,100,000 results and there seems to be decent advertiser competition according to adwords.

sorry but its far too long, reg fee IMO

and "Medical Information Management" only gets 42,100 google results, you have to have the quotation marks to get the correct search results

I think every domainer has domains like this in their portfolio, so its not anything to worry about.( Most wont ever show them) The main thing is to read as much as you can and resist regging until your pretty sure your on a good one. I suppose these domains get optimized as much as poss and parked to try to take advantage of advertising revenue. If you are sure you made a mistake, you could try for a refund, or if you want to stick with it, you have the chance to let it drop in 1 year. This, by the way, is my domaining experience up to now. As an example here are a couple of my early regs. WESTBROMWICHALBIONFOOTBALLCLUB.COM + ANUMBERONEDOTCOM.COM. Remember the value of a domain is what the buyer will pay. Who knows, if I get a minimum offer on these I am winning. Good luck with your domain whichever way you go. Ps. I almost forgot. If you type in at google "medical domains" There are quite a few sites now that specialize in them. You could have a look .

I have been doing some further research. Medical information management is a degree course, a dept in health insurance companies and software packages that are sold. Because of that i am going to keep it. I always cut the bottom part of my domain portfolio each year anyway so if it doesnt work out, it can join that bunch. light dev to get indexed and private sale is the plan for now.
I just looked through my portfolio and this is double the length of any other name i have!! However the next longest is one of the most profitable i have . Time for the experiment to see if this one works out.
