Hello, please can anybody tell me what does such marking mean?

for example:

domain budget is 1K/10K/100K, etc

1K - is $1/$10/$100?
and 10K - is $10/$100/$10.000?

Thanks.

^^^This!
"K" or "k" stands for "kilo", denoting 1000, like in "kilogram" = 1000 grams or "kilometer" = 1000 meters.
