its related to billing...actually they were giving out free privacy for whois...but they charged me for that as well...

wow, must check that out. I must say, in the past they have always ignored my emails to support so I gave up in the end.

To raise a problem ticket:
go to enom.tv logon
click the help tab top right
click on the highlighted 'Support Center' part of:
"Go to the eNom.tv® Support Center for answers to your Frequently Asked Questions."
Then select the 'submit a ticket'.

You will get a response of sorts ...
Expect nothing positive and you'll be satisfied.
