I don't have experience with .me but I noticed this on one .me domain:

xxxxxxxxxxxxx.ME 
expiration 09/07/2013
update 20/08/2013
change 20/09/2013 => pending delete
deleted 25/09/2013

Dates are in DD/MM/YYYY format.
