hi every one ,
what do you guys comment on my new domain www.mclaren.in
i have named it after one of the top formula1 constructors which is now equipped with the 2006 world champion "FERNANDO ALONSO"

I think serious TM issues could lie ahead, especially after saying you named it after Mclaren F1 team.
Add to that, the domain is parked and i would say and you will have to hand it over to them,should they come asking for it.

Just my opinon, but i would steer ( no pun intended) clear of regging these kind of names,

You might be in hot waters after this one. Simply good exts wont help, try to choose domains names carefully. But there is a way out of it, maybe McLaren is a common name and you could use it for something other than f1 mclaren

its just a domain i dont want to make an imitate of the company , i was just tellnig what McLaren was

NP senior and regular members can you please tell me how will that create TM issues if i purchased a domain which was not registered by anyone and i would agree the case would have been differebt if someone sold me.

if at all McLaren company wants it they have to specify the site in the legal license of their documents or atleast should have purchased the domain and kept it dumb for years.

anyways i need more reviews of some experts like you !
