domain Maybe it's too much??

I would like an unbiased person to appraise not just my domain name, but my entire site as I am trying to sell it. I have gotten it appraised before, but I think the figures they came back with might have been too high. Please help so I can sell this thing!!!

The potential for this website is high with further development....needs a more upmarket design 'feel' and product description detail, but the images are very good. The value of the website will be partially based on the actual turnover, number of visitors etc...The domain name is an excellent fit. As is the website should fetch somewhere in the $xxxx range depending on the variables.

March - 1187 Unique visitors 36541 Page Views 1.72 GB bandwidth
April - 1618 Unique Visitors 51636 Page Views 2.52 GB bandwidth
May - 2335 Unique visitors 66445 Page views 3.58 GB bandwidth
June (so far) - 409 Unique Visitors 5365 Page Views 341.73 MB bandwidth

The site has grown in leaps and bounds with no advertising. From what I understand, the amount of traffic we've gotten is pretty good for being so new. We are currently doing almost $3000/mo in business with an overhead of only $200/yr. We got an appraisal for $22,000... But we're selling it for less than that. Thanks for everything!

Maybe 10k is a good figure from what I see and if the stats provided correct.

We are pretty set on 18K for now... But, who knows. Thanks for all of your advice...
