Hi, I have gotten the successful Halo2Forums.com I have known the owners of the site for quite some time, but they have decided to move out of the business. I am wondering what it is worth. This is a developed site, it had well over 2000 members. We just took it offline as they were going to shutdown, but I am going to take over. I am thinking about expanding into better things. I need this appraised asap so I know what to do. It had pretty good adsense profits but I don't know details quite yet.

On a google search for

"Halo2Forums" It came back with 28,700 results.
"Halo2Forum" It came back with 7,960 results.
Halo + Forums It came back with 2,090,000 results
Halo 2 Forums It came back with 1,980,000 results

Its googles PR is 3/10. Is that decent?

They did hardly no advertising at all. I am guessing this could be huge...anyone help me?

OMG SHE CHANGED THE POST

Even if its developed. Like right now with the boards offline I could get high $xx? Would that raise when I reopen and the few thousands members come back and I do a total revamp of the site?

No I do not, I will today though as I am getting everything transferred and worked out. I just have to get a screenshot but it might take me a while to transfer all the forums database to a new host :] :bah:

A domain is only as good as the person running it. Name alone is $xx. Good luck in running the site. However keep in mind that if you are inexperienced actually owning and running a site like this you could end up just trashing it's value very fast.
