Massive website project, need skilled partner

Hi there I have come up with an idea for a website which has never been done, or should I say I cannot find anything at all relating to it in any of the top search engines, I have already spoken to a web designer, whom says its a great idea and will make thousands if not millions, but he just didn't have the skills or time to do the job, I am looking for someone whom will have the time & knowledge to put into this project and I will be willing to split the company in half 50/50 due to it being my idea but someone else's work, I think you would need a knowledge of Joomla or something similar and some programming skills.

This a genuine request for a partner not someone whom is going to take my idea and use it themselves I will have to place a massive amount of trust into the correct person and them in me due to the work that may be involved.

I could pay someone to do the above but I am guessing it would costs thousands to make and do not have that kind of money lying around, I have a small amount of XHTML experience and I am excellent with the graphic design side of things so can help where needed.

It will be hard to find a partner since you are less active in NP.

Thanks for the reply, I am looking for someone with the skills to be able to code the site, I am willing to give them half of the company for there services, so they would be 50/50 business partners, my idea is unique, I have designed a few sites with no issues but this is something bigger, I do not have the skills to carry it out otherwise I would do it alone.

PS. this is not a scam I am very genuine I truly believe this project could be worth thousands.

The problem is that you may think it's worth thousands, but others might not, especially if they are going to do all the legwork only own half. If you truly believe in the idea, just hire professional designers, and take 100% of the revenue. I'm sure there are many people who would like to help you out.

Yes I think your right, problem is the cash flow, that is why I am trying to keep the costs low, thanks for your input I appreciate it.
