Looking to build a Halloween themed website. I am looking for someone who wants to partner up. I have the money/marketing side of it. I just need someone who can help keep the site up and running, and help with new features. This will be more of a social networking site, and a unique twist on a fairly common type of site.

I have a layout that will work pretty well, but if you are interested, please PM me for more details, or post here and I can PM you more exact details along the lines of what the project will consist of!
