Marketplace listing: Afternic, Dan etc

Hello, I would love to know what happens when you delete your marketplace listing(s) and relist on the same marketplace (sedo, afternic, dan etc) again. Is it treated as a new listing or as an old listing? What are the things involved in marketplace listing?

From my experience I think they will be new listings, except SH standard listings
