It was pointed out by some of the Old-Timers on another board that it's possible Marketiva is registered by multiple parties in multiple countries. For example, my primary company name here in the U.S. is also the name of a large company in France that's in a very different industry. My TM is here, and their's is exclusively in France. If our .MOBI came up at auction (which it won't because I got it first! :hehe: ) I'm guessing we might be up against eachother for the name.
